It was a big game............... we lost...................the refs were the worst ever. We could not have lost the game .....................so the refs took it from us!!!! Repeat ad nauseum.

You just have to be so much better than the home team, it's tough on the road. The crowd just influences the refs too much. We got cold at the end and it just wasn't going to happen on senior night.

AGREE, something needs to be done about how to call even thorughout the entire game. I believe the Big 10 teams always do well in the tourny because their conferance refs call most like they tourny refs are instructed to call= big advantage during the tourny. This is the 1 and only area where the Big 10 is way better than the Big XII in

Hey cyrobb, I hate to tell you this, but did you know most Big 10 and Big 12 refs are THE SAME GUYS? Nobody works for just one league. So if you are watching Big 10 games and marveling at the officiating the only thing it proves is your own bias. When you are watching a game in which you have no dog in the fight, they are great. When you are watching a game that matters to you, and things don't go your way, they are terrible.

And guess what? It was the same guys and you didn't even know it.
