What's up with the huge disparity between these two sites?

Don't know how On3 works but 247 gives a point value on each recruit. That #20 is grossly inflated by the number of comitts we have. Our 86 average puts us on pace to finish in the low 40s. I got that by reviewing the average recruit ranking of the schools currently in their top 50.
