Hawkins is a good player, would like to have him. He was in perfect role at Illinois, he is not a number 1 bottom line. Good for him getting the bag, glad we haven’t overreached like that .

I think if people had been paying attention to both teams over the last two weeks they would have been more realistic about this being a tougher game than what it seemed a month ago.

19 points? That's awful. But it's not like Coleman Hawkins is a bad player along with other KSU guys.

I agree with everything you're saying here. Unfortunately to the average fan, who only looks at rankings and records, perception is reality and that perception is that the #3 team in the country got drubbed by an unranked under .500 team.
