Now if it would only go Apple free....
So does that mean you don't have to pay for downloads?
But if it was apple free then it would crash, freeze, and get viruses. Plus it would run on an inferior OS. We wouldn't want that!!

It's trivial to transcode from AAC to MP3.Stil AAC format though. There is also 3 pricing structures now with the lowest being .69. Looks like Amazon started to effect sales.
I don't see a reason to move from AAC to MP3, honestly, SO LONG AS the stuff is DRM-free.I doubt they'll ever move from AAC to MP3. It doesn't bother me too much since I have an iPod, but I just recently discovered Amazon's store and they have much better prices for most albums.

The beauty of DRM-free music is that you can transcode it or do whatever you want with it. The quality of AAC is arguably better than MP3 anyway, but the flexibility to do with it what you want is what's key.
ok, i got an Itunes problem, maybe someone can help... I got a new Ipod Nano for Christmas and when I hook it up to my computer Windows recognizes it but ITunes doesn't so I can't sync it up to my music... Anyone know whats up with that?
