#3 Microsoft keeps giving Zune free updates. Even the old ones get new software/features. iPod Touch I had to pay for a few month old device to go from v1 to v2.

#4 Itunes doesn't work worth a crap on Vista. I don't have a problem with any other software but if I try to multi-task while using Itunes, the music starts to stutter even though my RAM usage is less than 50% and my CPU's are using less than 20% each. On top of this, while synching with my Ipod, you may as well just go get a pop or something until it's done.

Most of these posts are over my head from a technology perspective. But I have one quick question...will this allow you to transfer songs from an iPod to and iPhone without having to go through your computer that has the iTunes software?

They did say that you can download songs on iPhone iTunes using wifi or 3G; then later sync back to a computer (or not if you don't want to).
