Iowa was up 16, but 4 turnovers in 5 trips saw ULM score 8 un-answered points to make it a game. Pretty painful. But, on the positive side, they're shooting 50%, which I think is a season best ;)

Yeah, I just got done watching it. I feel kind of bad for Looby. He makes even one of those free throws at the end of regulation and Iowa probably wins.

That Johnson kid looks pretty good. Where did he come from?

The youth and inexperienced really showed tonight more than it has in even their loss to Utah State. Being up by 16, all they had to do was protect the ball and make smart plays, instead they get sloppy and force shots, and the veteran ULM team really took advantage.

Looking at the roster, I find it difficult to imagine any of them, except possibly Looby/Johnson playing significant minutes on even a mid-major team, let alone start. Not to mention the fact that they were recruited to play on an up-tempo team, while that's not Lick's style.

I'd actually be surprised to see 5 more wins this season.

Is Carver always that empty? I didn't start watching until the very end so maybe a lot of the fans left when Iowa was up big but it looked very sparse.
