Can somebody shop a G-C-G or G-W-G or C-W-G using the new template?

As long as this results in more wins and appearances in major bowl games we could wear Ronald McDolnald uniforms and I could care less. The black uniforms look out of place but if that is what it takes to land a top 25 recruiting class then I could care less what we wear if it results in a W.
No one cares about my opinion, but here it is anyway.
I love the whites, especially the collar.
I love the blacks. Really sharp. Wouldn't mind some red in with it, but maybe you get that with accessories. Even without the reds, I think its great.
I really like the reds. I even like the black collar. Doesn't seem out of place to meet at all. I think the white jersey collar might look fantastic on the reds if they went that route.
Really confused by those saying the red ones look more red/yellow than cardinal and gold.
Here is a picture of the new uniform with our official collor (PANTONE 186C). Looks pretty close to me. If anything, darker than our official cardinal color.
Our old red uniforms looked different in a different lighting conditions, but I can't find one that looks darker than these new ones. Here are some examples.

Overall, a huge upgrade. Stop crying about the black uniforms. If it gets us better recruits then I'm all for it.

I am glad we got rid of the French fry shoulder pads. I guarantee you recruits like these a lot more so we should too. Yes, minor changes would be better but we have had the worst uniforms in college football for the last 100 years.
At least now we can say we look legit.
We wore those a handful of times. Im obviously talking about the red jersey yellow pants mcdouble cheeseburger and fries uniform.

Black, silver and gold were our original colors back in the day so I really like the black uni's. I think there's something to be desired but I'll take a nice clean look that's easy to read over something over the top. Overall very pleased with the new uniforms.
I think the black uniforms are perfect. They are very clean. It seems pretty clear that they did not include cardinal and gold on purpose. The black unis are alternate uniforms. We are not trying to introduce a third school color.
Can someone please post a link of something showing this to be true. I'm in no way doubting but I'm pretty sure I've seen these posts before and it seems they tend to list different colors in some way. Was it originally BLACK / SILVER / GOLD.?
Well if you can find a color photo from 1890 then be my guest. I believe Kagavi or someone did a big research project on it. Someone else on here will be able to correct my ignorance.

I am so glad we didn't do something stupid like these. Simple is better in my opinion.
Yeah, and no recruit is saying to themselves "those guys have black uniforms? Their colors aren't black." and choosing another school because of it haha. So who cares, if there is any chance that it is positive in the eyes of recruits.
I still don't get why they don't go to a stencil I-State on the cardinal helmets. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with them. I like the number font.
Originally silver, yellow, and black, the school colors were changed to cardinal and gold in 1899 to make dyeing sweaters easier.
