But if Rock was top 100 and he’s been able to spend this year with the team that has to be an incredible development opportunity compared to what he would have been doing in high school in South Dakota. For that reason, I’m optimistic. But counting on a freshman big to fill the roles our bigs did is a stretch.

2. Rock (extremely unlikely)
3. Fish (extremely unlikely)

Am I off on any of those transfer estimates?…..

The only ‘maybe’ would be Pav because of minutes. Move Milan to ‘unlikely’ and Omaha to ‘doubtful’.

To add to this, Rock has been practicing/playing against our current 3 bigs. TJ likely knows exactly what he has in Rock and whether or not he will hold up against Big 12 competition.

I am optimistic for Rock because I don't think he can be that far off of where BRE was when he got here and look what staff did with him in 3 years.

Rock will be a different type of post for us. In High School and in AAU he played inside and out on offense. His length will help him on defense and his shooting ability will help him on offense. He should open up driving lanes for our guards.

It seems In all the games since January I've been to he is always out on the floor during warm ups, interacting with managers, and on the bench encouraging and congratulating players. IMHO, this seems to be a very positive sign for him next year.
