On iPhone and cannot sign in to Ticketmaster. Get message to “check internet connection “. No problem with any other application

I had this. Totally logged out of ticketmaster, then closed the app, restarted it, logged in, and I could see my tickets.

This won't help with your problem and Saturday is going to be a disaster getting in. I spoke to the ticket office and they offered to walk me through the process if I went to them this week. I can't because of distance but if I have problems (I'm still concerned about internet service on game day) he said to go to the ticket office on game day. Good luck to everyone.

It's not optimal for me to travel to Ames during the week either, so I'll be making a bee line to the ticket office Saturday morning. Someone up there has to know by now that it's a bigger problem, either with the app, Apple, or Ticketmaster, because other than folks not knowing they need to move the ticket to their wallet prior to getting there on gameday, this particular issue is not a user problem that ticket holders are having with the face ID (which is new). I've had no problem in years past moving my ticket to the apple wallet. It's definitely going to be a problem when ticket holders are standing in line at the ticket office and they aren't able to help them. There's no way they can turn away that many ticket holders because of a known issue. I feel bad for the security folks at the gates.

Unless I'm missing something, none of what anyone is describing here has anything to do with the new changes to the ticketing process, does it? We've been instructed since electronic ticketing started in 2020 to download them to our wallets. So what's different now? Did everyone have these problems in past seasons and nobody cared because they were able to screenshot their tickets?

was your vb tickets just a barcode to scan because that is what mine was. took a couple of swipes to get it through but worked.

No, no bar code in the apple wallet. That's what we used.

No, no bar code in the apple wallet. That's what we used.

I had mine loaded to my wallet and the parking pass looked like it did last year but the tickets only came up a bar code. I looked at my football tickets and that is how they look also.

Called the ticket office. They had no answer for why my wife couldn't load it into the wallet, said it was an Apple issue. But they did confirm that the email she has with the ticket and barcode will work to get her into the game.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but won't this require cell or wifi service?

Same issue on my iphone 13. Ticketmaster app, cyclone app, browser logged in, all of these ways I get to the face ID screen and get the same error. I'm pretty tech savy and it doesn't seem like there's much we can do except have the app and ticket open before arrive.

I was able to add the parking pass no issue.

I've deleted the apps, re-installed, and still have the same issue.

that is what I did at the vb game. the person at the door helped me but they said that they had not seen the barcode but it went in so we got in. have a feeling might need to get to the gate early or it could be a giant fu

All my tickets show up and I saved in my Apple Wallet no problem.
The parking pass (RV VILLAGE) still has a QR code
The tickets, once saved in the Apple Wallet, will "transmit" like when you use Apple Pay. You will just hold it close to the scanner.

We will see how this all works come game day, but for now, seems to be saving to Apple Wallet as intended.

Mine said facial recognition the first time I looked, I don’t have it set up on my phone, and never saw that prompt again. I don’t understand how Ticketmaster can “require” facial recognition if you don’t have a way to add that to that app.

I was able to get my parking to add to the wallet but all of my tickets say “your ticket is not available to be managed.” On the ticketMaster website only my parking pass shows up and not the game tickets.

Just moved tickets from the app to my wallet. Android and it worked well.

I was able to download mine on my iPhone and transfer my son’s ticket to him. He downloaded it to his wallet without issue. After reading these posts I’m wondering if I should go get a Powerball ticket

Maybe I’m the exception, but my tickets were available a couple of weeks ago and I had zero problems downloading to Apple Wallet. Same with parking pass. The big caveat…I didn’t use the ISU app. I went straight to ticketmaster.

I never used the ISU app either, I used the web based ISU ticket page. Same thing, no problems with Apple Wallet
