For a somewhat apples to apples comparision:
Phil Steele has Iowa with 15 (25th nationally), ISU with 12 (86th).
A cannon of an arm, a brain full of lettuce, and a Swamp People drawl. Excited to see him progress!
The only time frame that will ever be used by ISU fans will be the one that includes 1998 to 2002.

Agreed! Player development is key, and Doyle and Iowa do it well. There is a reason they have averaged over 8 wins a year and had 5 top 10 finishes over the last 15 years with Doyle running S&C.
