He was behind ISM, Vandenberg, and Easley in 2017, and he was hurt in 2018 for a few games, along with ISM and Easley ahead of him, along with the great Tight Ends.
Oh so he wasn't underutilized he just wasn't very good in Stanley's sophomore year.

He was hurt in a few games in 2018?

2018 – – Started all 12 games in which he played, missing one game due to injury

You’re trying to troll, but how was he going to be able to get the ball when the best TE room the state has seen in 20+ years was with him, along with Easley and ISM being ahead of him?

It wouldn't let me click on the link, but it showed this preview for this article from Hawk Central.

"Nov 23, 2019 — Aside from Smith's one-play cameo, both players missed last Saturday's 23-19 win over Minnesota. Ojemudia was originally dinged up at ..."

Losing your best weapon on offense and playing some of the top defenses in the nation will have a negative impact on the offense, I agree. Put up 49 on USC’s sad defense too. Trying to discredit a 10-3 team lol

You think Brandon Smith was your best weapon on offense in 2019?

I'm not trying to discredit anything he didn't produce no matter who was throwing the ball. He seems to be a very good athlete who wasn't productive in college. Happens a lot

Best offensive player. ISM was the most explosive. Smith made some great plays this year, but the QB was brutal. His vert is in the 99th percentile of WRs and his broad jump is in the 98th percentile. If he runs sub 4.55 somebody is 100% going to draft him earlier than expected.
Edit: he ran a 4.56 today

This is bad. One team finished in the top 15 in the AP and 10-3 on the season while the other is sitting at 2-20, winless in their own conference and in the 200s in net.
He’s going to bring up with offensive ppg, while Iowa played some really good defenses that year.

I think he could have benefitted by either redshirting his freshman year or coming back next year.

If your best offensive weapon was Brandon Smith that's completely fair. You didn't win 10 games because of Smiths 439 yards on the season (behind ISM, Goodson, Sargent,,Tracy, Ragaini and Young lol)

Your comparison was awful though.
