CMC is going to send two guys early this year to the draft so not sure what you're talking about. Plus we recruit guys that want to play in the Big 12 and not the Big Ten West there Buddy

Fant was very valuable on the bench towards the end of last year wasn't he ? Come to Iowa where we do less with more because we're stuck in the same ole pattern.

Iowa with two tight ends going in the first round and win only 8 games in crappy division. They may get players to the NFL but that is about it. As we all know they win 8 games get to a bowl game and get blown out. B1G is a brutal conference to play in.

Kilmer just gets his bonus for winning 8 games and is happy. Just like that same piece of gum he has chewed for 20+ years.

That is the true definition of Iowa Football and coach Kilmer along with AD Barta. When mediocre is OK, why even try to get better? Seems the fan base is fine with that. Especially when mediocre is playing teams with losing records in the B1G west, of which most of the B1G bottom feeders are anyway.
