I love mine. There is a group on Facebook that is a big help with recipes.

My wife got one. Hard boiled eggs are great out of it as they are very easy to peel. Have only tried a couple other things so far but it does work pretty well. We just search online for recipes.

I've had mine for almost 6 years now. One recommendation is to pick up a second insert for when you forget to run the other one through the dishwasher. There are tons of recipes, but my classic (named by the family) is "oops I forgot to thaw out the chicken". Add whatever you like to flavor - salsa, chicken broth and add a few extra minutes to the pressure cook time. Perfectly done every time :) Leftovers work great for chicken noodle soup, chicken enchiladas or bbq chicken.

BBQ boneless beef ribs and roast are both awesome if done right.

There's a letter missing in the title. However, I assumed the thread was about Instant Pots.

But I tuned in, just in case it was Insane Pot. Which I'm quite curious to know the definition.

We did 2 racks of bone in ribs for the bowl game. 25 minutes in the instant pot and 5 minutes under the broiler and they were fall off the bone tender and delicious.
