But I'm relatively new here and confused. What are the credits for? I have over 1 million already and this will be my 52nd post, I think, so it can't be for that as I've noticed guys that have tons of posts with fewer credits than I have.

Can you give other people credits? Have I accumulated so many in such a short time because other people are agreeing with me? Or is it a bad thing and people are booing me?

They're for betting on cybookies with. <---actual advice

CycloneFanatic - CyBookie

Or you could give them to me.<---sarcasm/Humor

And the reason people with more posts have fewer credits is that the credits are either tied up in bets at the time, or the more likely reason is that, like me, they aren't very good at betting. I lost around 1.5 million following Jeremy's lead on the second half of the USC game.

You earn credits for logging in, posting, and generally participating on the board. You can use them to bet on various events set up by our bookies. Click on the "CyBookie" link at the top of the page to check these out.

People with more posts but less credits than you likely lost them betting!

Jeremy gives some out from time to time. I think he gave out 500,000 not too long ago. You do get some for posting, and you can get some for "wagering" on games. Not sure how you got to 1,000,000, though. Kudos. ;-) I used to have about 3,000,000, but squandered them away on wagers. I really haven't wagered since then, and I'm back to over 600,000, I think...
