I like CBS better than ESPN and it's not close ...

Perhaps it's because I have grown so weary of Bilas preaching, Dickie V's yell, and Fran's smugness. The pro guys in between are refreshing. But I have always liked Barkley's humor and self-deprecating approach in that role. For you youngsters, Charles was a hell of a baller.

Frans smugness? Get the **** outta here. He’s a god damned national treasure.

Unless you’re talking about mad Fran. Then **** that guy.

Charles was a baller. But his monologue describing Auburn's play using the word "we" about a 100 times was nauseating and unnecessary.

And Jerry Palm. I swear he's an axe murderer. Creeeeeeeepy.

I give the dude credit though. He has transformed himself into something of an "expert" producing something no one needs, no one uses, but everyone comments on and CBS pays him to create.

Well, I have to give my touche' on Seth. I'm not sure how he keeps that job. He needs to go practice law or politics with daddy, Lanny.

The problem I have with CBS is that they have no skin in the college b-ball game until the super bowl is over and they still only carry a few games each weekend. Come tourney time the CBS folks just seem so ill informed.

Barkley is easily the most entertaining thing on television.

I actually think ESPN could put together 8 better teams overall but CBS/Turner does just fine. Len Elmore is really the only one that I wish would go away and I wish they'd give Debbie Antonelli a better partner because she's fantastic.

ESPNs 8 Teams (* means second weekend)
Shulman/Bilas*
Wischusen/Fraschilla*
McDounough/Dakich*
Ravech/Vitale & Farnham* (Vitale can't do more than 2 in a day)
Pasch/Walton
Benetti/Hummell
Schambi/Dykes
Holthus/Sundvold

That's a pretty solid lineup right there.
