I don't think Jamie Pollard get's enough credit for what has taken place in the last 10 or so years. Yes, he could not do it without the most loyal fans in the nation but it was also about attitude. "Why not Iowa State?" Pollard has been key in this growth and much of that is because of hiring just really good people that we as well as recruits parents can be proud of.

I think he also played a role in keeping the conference together.

As others have said, the facilities haven’t changed much since Campbell got here.

Campbell simply has completely changed how Iowa State fans think about football.
