Playing professionally in other sports is NOT NCAA violation. Xavier Henry's brother CJ played with Yankees and was eligible to play for Kansas. Because of his signing bonus with Yankees, he was driving pretty sweet SUV.

And yet, playing on a team where other players received benefits, yet yourself did not makes you ineligible? Hm... Makes sense....
