Back in the day I read Washington Post, WSJ, Forbes, Economist.

These days I'm intentionally tuned out, use mainly youtube for learning, and if something major is going down, I'll hear about it and use youtube or google for info sources.

I watch CNN on election nights. That's the entirety of my yearly news channel consumption.

PBS on election nights is actually pretty decent. I’m same way that CNN or PBS on election night is the only time tv news is worthwhile, much of it is toxic.

Traveling or even travel tv shows like Bordain’s old show would be the most useful news for most people, like the Mark Twain quote.

Impressed civil thread w only one dumb button. Nice job cf.

That kind of coverage is stimulation city for me.

I'd rather watch ESPN's MNF pregame and that's saying something.

I highly recommend a website called political wire. It’s definitely left leaning, but does a nice job of pulling from a variety of sources.

As a busy man I’ve got no time to waste on Fake News. That’s why I only take note if it comes straight from the trusted source. I reckon we’ll get a dispatch from Q any day now.

In all seriousness, I get my weather fix, my meat smoking tips, and my Cyclone Jones all from CF. And I hate politics, so I just avoid the political threads. What else does one need?
Heck, you can even learn the proper way to wipe yourself or the benefits of a bidet on Cyclonefanatic. What more does one need?

I have an Apple News + subscription which gives me access to WSJ, many city newspapers and international newspapers like WaPost, LA Times, Times of London. Magazine it gives The Atlantic, The New Yorker, Scientific America. Too much to list really.

I do catch some local news and go to specific, non-sinclair stations sites. I read the Guardian, BBC, NYT, Economist, USA Today, AP News, Reuters, Christian Science Monitor.

I don’t watch any news, I go to the following sites:
CNN (I think they cover a broader range of topics once you get through the We hate Trump stuff)
Fox
Des Moines Register
Daily Wire
Will also listen to Joe Rogan Experience and Bill Maher’s Club Random

I get most of my news from listening to NPR. Occasionally Star Tribune, and less often the NYT. That’s about all the news I can handle in a day.
