Hilton Coliseum set to have new video board this fall

The new main board looks really good, maybe I missed it but I was expecting a sort of ribbon video effect where it's effectively one screen instead of a standard 4 different videos. I only figured they'd have something like that because it's all one screen. Maybe they'll have video packages like that later.

It is pretty common that they are quite a bit smaller. Actually, the larger they are, the less useful they are. If they get too big the top half of them get masked for more people by the bottom of the main board on the near side.

Yes it is. That truss ring with the logo on it is so large that if they bring it down they have to lower the baskets since it extends over the baskets.

I went to the game last night. It’s beautiful. Really dramatic during the pre-game hype.

TV viewer only, but I didn't like only seeing ads on the lower corner boards during the game. Wish they did something similar to Kansas where they're fake old school looking score boards during game action and can switch to ads or atmosphere at the right times.
