Engagement party for my daughter on Saturday. We are having about 40 people over. The pork is smoked and the garage is cleaned but I'm not going to have any idea who half of the people are that show up. I guess that's why they make beer.

I am coming to the cities Saturday, will be there.

Been raining all day, pretty much since I dropped off the old Boxster at car shop 1.25 miles from me. Needed to walk about to pick it up before 5:00. Still raining hard (we've had 2.5" or so today). Put on old Gore-Tex running pants and Columbia rain jacket and duck boots. And the old Gore-Tex pants are not even remotely water repellant anymore. Water was running over the curb at intersections and ended up stepping in water well over the top of my boots so filled them with water. Pretty much 100 soaked to the skin except my hair. LOL, my rain hat did seem rainproof!
