I haven't been to Europe but I am told there is a significant difference in how traffic laws are viewed over there versus here, especially in Mediterranean Europe. Hopefully he figures this out before he becomes a hood ornament.
For the first few years I lived in Iowa I would go halfway into a busy street and stand on the line separating traffic, in order to make it across the street quicker. Little did I know that Iowans **** bricks when you do this.ISU students can best be described as squirrels. When driving anywhere near campus you have to be ready for one of two things. Either a student makes no attempt to stop and walks directly into traffic or a student approaches a road, stops, look both ways, and then confidently walks directly into traffic.
