Its obvious. Count the steps after dribble. Hoiberg even said it was an obvious travel with too many steps. How can you not see that in slow motion?? Serious?

I have no desire to ever watch that play again so I'm not going to, but he is allowed 2 steps towards the hoop with the ball. A 3rd is a travel.

true, but it's not the first time. In my opinion, there are too many superstars on this team that are trying to make a name for themselves. How many games have they blown nice leads and lost. They forget what they did to get that lead. They start getting cocky and and start showing off. I'm getting tired of them saying that they learned their lesson and will play better. They haven't learned any thing. They haven't learned how to keep a lead and build it.

That's just recency bias. How many times have we gotten a lead and held on to win? We've done that against bad teams, good teams and great teams. We've blown leads because you're never going to keep a lead forever-- unless you're Kentucky, I suppose. How is it better to fall down early like last year's team did? Why is that better than getting a lead early? Both have produced strikingly similar records for ISU. I understand the frustration of losing a lead, but just last year we were in a position of crawling our way back from large deficits and fighting just to win 10 conference games. Look at the UCONN game, where we were down the whole time and just never had the horses to come back. Was that any better than if we had blown a lead?
