Used on beef, chicken, and pork. Husband also likes it on eggs, I do not.

When others were hoarding TP I was hoarding minced garlic I wanted my garlic from California not imported. I bought three 48oz jars. We have only about half a jar left.

I throw Philadelphia cream cheese in everything possible. I've gotten some strong feedback on some mac and cheese dishes and some bean dips, it's the only thing I'm doing different than other people.

Do you prefer the jarred to just using cloves and a press? Or is it just way more convenient than shucking and pressing?

I use my homemade BBQ rub on scrambled eggs, fries, chicken, corn on the cod. I add some unused coffee grounds in the rub.
