Tasted my amber ale when I siphoned off a sample while kegging it. No carb, 62 degrees, already tastes pretty good. Had half a glass of the IPA I made 5 weeks ago and kegged on Tuesday. It still needs a little carbonation, but dang do love me some hops. Then I had a glass of the Robust Porter I've had on tap for a while. I'm starting to get stingy with that though, that's a great sipping beer, good with a cigar. So I've switched to the Belgian Wheat that I have on tap and am trying to kill that off to make room for the amber I just kegged. Pretty good tasting night for me so far.
I'm staring right now at the Yuengling clone I brewed 2 weeks ago. I can't wait to see how close I came with that. I have a couple of friends who just love the stuff, so I decided to give that a shot and see how it turns out.
