Imagine you’re selected to appear on “Jeopardy!" You're allowed to choose 5 of the 6 categories for either 1st or 2nd round, tailored to your areas of expertise.

For 6th category, below your numbered list, give an example of a category that would leave you clueless.

Be as specific as you wish with the categories. No requirement to create snappy, clever category titles, although if you can, that’s even more fun. (if you happen to do that, include a descriptor after it, in case the title isn’t self-explanatory).

My list is in progress (hoping I can find 5 areas of “expertise”!) I’ll post in a while.

Go!

My 5
No order, two-thirds are highly specific. I came up with one “snappy” category title.
1. The Beatles
2. Gone to Seed: NCAA Tournament Upsets
3. “Seinfeld” Quotes
4. Associated Press Style Guide**
5. U.S. Presidents Timeline
** Yeah, I’m a bonafide geek
“No-clue” category: Numerous possibilities. Random examples — The Middle Ages; Celebrity Couples; Carpentry.
Just missed the cut: Decade on the Fringe: Alt/Indie, 1984-93; The 1960s.

My wife is a pharmacist and I know I could never do it. If you asked "If I take this and this, will it kill me?" I have no idea. She would be able to answer almost instantly.
