I'd question this. Football trumps baseball in television. Period. Outside of the actual playoffs, baseball hasn't been relevant for probably two decades, outside of a couple of home run record seasons.

But I'm thinking there is no pregame show to even air because every FOX region is currently showing an MLB game. So, I assume the pregame show is either cancelled or delayed until one of these games ends.
