I like the idea of sending TaM to NYC. Let them freeze their arses off!

Any info coming from ESPN should be taken as seriously as info from the Enquirer. I don't believe any info from them until there is a second source.

I'll obviously be happy with any bowl, but if I had a choice, I would hope we don't get UCLA. Is it too much to ask to play a team with a coach and at least a .500 record?

I mean, it would be fun, it would be different, but sending a bowl team home with a 6-8 record is a little...I don't know. Not so tasty.

You have to remember these are projections. They aren't reporting anybody is going anywhere yet.

I'm surprised they reported these without a second source. What too early?

I like both of those projections. I hope we are not in NYC and I hope we don't play Iowa.

I am hoping and praying for Ticket City in Dallas Jan. 2. I could actually go, C'mon bowl gods. Wont complain if go 7-5 and get a better bowl like the Holiday Bowl though.

Brad Edwards basically contradicts himself.

He has Houston slotted for a BCS bowl... but if that happens, the C-USA won't have a team to fill the TicketCity Bowl... which has a provisional agreement with the Big XII to take their 8th selection if a primary bowl partner conference can't send a team.

So no, there will be no Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl.

Really?

There's an entire schedule of games to be played on Saturday, including a regular season week in the Big 12 and many conference championship games, all of which can cause bowl upheaval. I assume he meant if ISU beats K-State, not to mention the Big 12 squeezing in two BCS teams, ISU has the opportunity to improve its bowl positioning and we could be in line for a better bowl (say the Holiday) than the "experts" are projecting.
