Embedding GIFS?

I know it can be done, but I am about ready to smash the computer. I know it is posted somewhere but I cannot find it, because of course the search function won't search for 3 letter words...

It's easy if you know the url for the image. Just use "img" and "/img" inside of brackets [] and paste the url of the image between the two tags.
