Ever had something right on the tip of your tongue, but for whatever reason can't seem to figure out what your mind is searching for? I seriously couldn't remember the saying "Lighten up Francis", and have been trying to figure it out for the past few days (it's been Dead/Finals week, and I just have one final, so lay off lol). I tried Google-ing it, looked through my post history (my history doesn't go back far enough to find the last time I used it). No dice.

It was doubly frustrating since I'm a journalism major, and I'm supposed to be good with words :jimlad:

Then for whatever reason, it just clicked tonight. I'll never understand how that kind of thing happens.

Anyway, random post/ramble finished. Feel free to post your own experiences with drawing blanks.

Where they love the governor
It was Stripes. Stripes was the movie.

And my mental lapses tend to be in front of important people (plant manager, company vice president, etc). So I'm sure I'm representing ISU with all the glory she deserves...
