That's kind of a crappie situation. They really need to take another look at the sex offender laws. If they are required to register because they went streaking they will forever be restricted in where they live and what they can do. I'm all for keeping track of rapists or "actual" sex offenders but they are just lumping everyone into one group and its just gone too far.

Remember, they have to catch you to convict you. That entails some officer to have to tackle you while you are naked. Could be worth the effort to crisco yourself up first to avoid tackles.

OK seriously if the prosecutor actually goes through with the sex offender charge I don't think I'd be able to think up words to describe my hatred for them.
