Wondering how everyone handles these two days. I always just take the two days off, but I know not everyone has that luxury - or don’t care enough to do that.

I don't work if ISU is playing.
I do work if no one else does cuz I'll just follow games at work and then not burn vacation days.

Not this year. Sadly in Palm Springs California where online sports gambling isn’t legal, but can’t complaint too much otherwise.

To be fair, we don't work at all anymore. However, prior to our retirement in Nov 2017 I took the Th/Fr off every year from the mid 2000s forward, and he joined me in taking time off somewhere around 2014.

The last 2 years, I haven't taken work off. The 10+ years before that a group of us would take off both days. I am really missing that today. Planning on working from home tomorrow and put something on the smoker to be ready for the ISU game.

From '01 through about '06, I took time off from noon Thursday thru Friday. . Then both full days from then until '19. Last year, my main work colleague's family situation necessitated working (understandable), and '21 tournament 1st round was F-Sat so I saw everything but early afternoon session anyway.

Prior to '01 varied, depending on if ISU was in tournament (and which time slot). I had much less time-off flex in those days.

I remember walking into my manager's office one day and she was streaming one of the games. Needless to say I hung around a while to watch with her.

I go back and forth from work to home throughout the day, work a little, watch a little. Will be glued to the tv tomorrow afternoon tho.

…and hey, let’s go Spiders!

We always used to take friday off and set up at the bar early. Miss those days. I'm working some today and tomorrow but have game access pretty easily.
