Assuming it is a newer washer and it shows error codes. The front has a couple of clips that holds the lid to the base. Push those in and lift the lid. Inside there should be a repair manual that explains each of the codes and what might be causing the error.
Once you have the problem figured out, Appliance Parts/Sundberg's on NE 14th carries most major brands.

Google reviews look pretty hit or miss. Considering a majority of companies only have positive experiences on Google's rating pages, I'm not sure I'd go with this.

I've used Westside Appliance Repair. Showed up on time, fixed my dryer quickly and were reasonable.
They have done multiple repairs for me and never had an issue upfront and honest in pricing. I take ratings systems like Googles with a grain of salt.
