Should be a 1 game suspension for that. Obviously a malicious play. About Mack, he'll be gone by the end of next year anyway unless they get to 9-10 wins(maybe not even that with the new AD coming in). They'll get smoked by 20-30 points next Saturday to OU which might accelerate his departure.

Every sports outlet is covering this cheap shot. I would be very surprised if Mack Brown or the league doesn't suspend him. Mack Brown will be pressured to do so.

that GIF doesn't even really do it justice. Just a coward who only intended to destroy Broomfield's knee. Thankfully DB saw him at the last second. Amazing he wasn't ejected. If the NCAA is even somewhat serious about player safety it should be a minimum 1 game suspension.

Number one----he is an offensive player Number two head didn't lead with his head. Those two facts make it a personal foul. On a serious note, I believe the un respected schools in the big 12 get the lowest rated available referees assigned to their games. Last nights game on paper, to whoever make referee assignments, was not a game that would cause any embarrassment to the league. There is no way that crew is the best the league has. They were very aware of the score, and as hard as both teams were playing, arm slapping by receiver and defensive back set up the big pass interference penalty in the end zone. A rarely called defensive holding call certainly didn't hurt to tip the table one way. Man this just reeks. I won't even go into no calls, if the refs last night are experienced and well respected coming in (and I don't know that) then they ARE capable of making game results lean a certain way.
