Finally found the spot to put the code in (it kept sending me to the Roku site). Now it just says "processing".
I upgraded two of my Rokus recently and had to re-link them last night. I linked using my phone while I was sitting right at the TV I was linking. When I put in my username and password my phone said "processing" but the TV screen changed from "enter code" to "watch live."Still not linking my Roku to Cyclones TV. Just says processing. I've tried using my user name and password for the Roku, and user name and password for cyclones.com.

Either you're missing a step, or your Roku isn't compatible. Which model do you have?
Never heard of any such thing. And your Roku username and password would have nothing to do with CTV.I think I figured it out via technical support. Sounds like the Roku has a secret user name and password that I wasn’t aware of.
