Haliburton ends up 3rd in assists. Joker in front of him with possibly greatest season stat line in nba history. Trae Young in front of both but in a dramatically less efficient style of play,

Season long stats slightly down from last year but it was all from first third of season, less injury issues. Team in 4th and might have been able to push for 3rd if it made sense.

I think he has a legit shot at 3rd team NBA

I’ve not paid attention since they expanded. I thought both ATL and Chi were eliminated. Didn’t realize it was a tournament.

It's a tournament where the deck is stacked depending on where you are 7 to 10.

7vs8 - winner gets in as 7 seed
9 vs 10 - winner moves on to play 7/8 loser for 8 seed, loser eliminated

The crazy thing is in the west this year a huge % of the playoff teams could've landed in the play in games right up until the last couple games. Lakers got 3rd but weren't safe from play-in until the final few games.
