Outside of your primary team, who do you root for the most because of that team having former Clones?

Niners right now, but that could change to the Texans or even the Jets now that Rodgers is gone.
Suppose the Niners because if Purdy gets 50 million hopefully he can help fund the NIL like Niang and Haliburton are (I'm guessing they are from the continued support of ISU you see from them on social media. )
Broncos are my team so less them.

49ers have been my team since Purdy started playing there...and I HATED the 9ers when I was younger. Purdy is super likeable, our guy, and it does a LOT more for ISU to have our QB win a Super Bowl.
Texans might be second now. 2-3 of our WR will be on the team, and I really like Stroud.

49ers since Purdy got drafted but could easily tilt towards stronger Texans this year. I moved to Houston after graduation in 2015 but didn't have a remote interest in them till they got Stroud. At a minimum will be watching closer with 2-3 Cyclones on the roster.
I voted Texas, I've been rooting for San Fran the last few years due to Purdy but I really don't like Shanahan. I do like the Texas org and coaches plus Stroud alot. and with the more significant ISU connection now I think I'll go that way. I couldn't get on board with the Jets too much because they are kind of a $^&%show. although I still hope our guys do well.
I almost went Raiders since I grew up a fan in the 70's and Darien is one of my all time favorite Clones. They are probably #2 for now.

9ers, as mentioned Purdy (and Kittle) are so likeable, and QB is by far the most valuable position. And I grew up hating the 49ers.
After that, I like underdogs. The Jets were fun for a few weeks before Breece got hurt 2 years ago. They're harmless enough that I can pull for them without hurting my primary rooting interest. Similar also for the Texans. I've always kinda pulled for the Lions, and Monty is the godfather of all ISU has become, so it has been fun to see them be so good.
I almost forget about our Ravens and Broncos players. I hope they get some more opportunities soon. Likewise, I will be pulling for Travis to start and succeed but if he's not playing I have no reason to follow Indy.
I love Porter. Hope he is great. A pro-bowler even. Can't pull for the Raiders.
