Not really - I enjoyed playing Champions of Norrath on my PS2...
EDIT - Also, the original Diablo was out on the PlayStation console...

I played WoW for a year or 2 in college, it pretty much single handly ruined my grades for atleast a semester. It just takes way to much time to play, because once you start you don't want to stop. I finally broke the habit and threw out my discs, and now the air seems fresher and the sun feels brighter, it's like a new world.
I really wish they'd make a similar game for the 360, I'd be all over that.

I've lost entire days to Diablo II. One time I played Civ III for 12 straight hours. I realized just how much time of my life I wasted on that game in just one sitting and I can't remember ever playing it since...
Wasted? No way. I think the correct term is 'invested.' Civ III is awesome, I still play it today since my PC is ancient.
I heard Diablo III was going to be released as a multi pack with Duke Nukem Forever! That is gonna be some serious gaming fun! I better go buy a new hot PC right now and start camping out at best buy to get my copy.

I still play this game... there will be times where I get bored of it and will deactivate my subscription for several months, but then I'll just be right back into it once a few content patches are released.
I remember the old days of WarCraft 2, when everyone played Orc because of that damn overpowered Bloodlust spell. WarCraft 3 was fun as well. I've tried Diablo 2 several times and just can't get into it.
