107.9 might carry it... I know I have listened to ISU BBall in DBQ before on the radio driving home on HWY20. Maybe it was one of the AM stations... 1470? Wish I knew for sure.

I used to catch it on AM when I lived there, probably, a Cedar Rapids station. However, I had to drive up on the bluff, more of the West end of Dubuque to pull it in, couldn't get it in the downtown area by the river.:smile:

IN A VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER!.....lol, yea its a black hole downtown, especially along Bluff Street. Radio waves, meet limestone wall.

1650 barely reaches 25 miles at night.

1600 might be a better chance, but I'd still doubt it. Your best chance will be a tin can and a string in NE Iowa.

believe it or not, I get crystal clear reception of 540 AM out of Ft Dodge all the way south in Topeka, KS
