I would pay a monthly fee for access to a mobile version of the message board. It takes forever to load the pages on my phone.
Not to mention it crashes my internet everytime I try to use it. I can barely get on CF when I'm on my phone.
Just download tapatalk. The read only version is free. It's an app where you can access thousands of supported forums and CF is one of them. Works great. Use it all the time on my DInc.

This. If you want to read articles and etc. just use the browser, since the site is using wordpress it has a built in mobile theme. Otherwise just use tapatalk, it what I use to read forums and etc. when i'm sitting on the bus or on the go.
I have my Droid X set to view the mobile version of CF and it's very quick. No ads, graphics, or security certificate warnings.
Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose your mobile version from the drop-down box.

I've had the same issue on my Incredible, but only for the last week or so. Did something change around here? I don't have the issue with Skyfire, just with the stock browser. It now crashes every time I open the page, and it even deleted the bookmark the other day.
Apparently iOS doesn't have a Read Only version... :/
If you have an android phone just search and you'll find it though.
hrm...I'm not seeing the RO version on the market either. It used to be there, but I'm reading some forums and they are saying that the RO version was pulled.
I'm sure you can always find it online somewhere if you know how to search.

EDIT EDIT: Even android library is saying it's been pulled of the android app store. Sounds like you may be SOL unless you pay the 2-3 dollars for it. Personally, I think it's worth it. Of course you can still find an older version if you look i'm sure.

I'll stick with the mobile 3.0 version of CF, works pretty well...only forum I see. thanks for the search though, I couldn't find free versions anymore either.
