As you search around the web and see mock drafts, there are many different opinions on Curtis and Will. Some say they both will get drafted; some say only 1; some say neither. I personally think that they will both be drafted in the early 2nd round. What do you others think about their placement in the draft and the teams they may go to? Tell me what you think.

P.S. - Is the draft on ESPN or not? What day?

The draft will be Wed., June 28 at 6 p.m. on ESPN.

As for Will & Curtis' chances, I'd venture that Will will be chosen before Curtis - maybe in the 30's. If Curtis gets drafted, it'll probably be one of the bottom 10 picks.

I see in the most of mock drafts they have stinson going 2nd round, and blalocks not even on the board.

I think really blalock will go late 2nd round maybe grizzlies, trailblazers, t'wolves. I see stinson getting in a Brooklyn Bar knife fight. So his nba career is down the tubes

Telfair is going down the tubes fast...they thought he was gonna be great and he hasn't done much. but Goonies is right, those are the teams showing some big interest now. I don't think any team would be looking for Will to start right away.

Telfair is still what...20? I think he will still be a good player if he could get some quality coaching. The Blazers just seem like a team with no rudder right now and that can't be beneficial for such a young player like him or Martell Webster on that team.

I think Will will go mid-second and Curtis will go late second. But I'm hoping, I haven't been encouraged by what I've been reading about Stinson. I just hope he gets a chance because I really feel like he could bring something to a team.

I was wrong, Telfair is 21. But PG is one of the hardest positions to play, and it takes players with a good deal of college experience to really grasp the position at the next level. I have faith he can still come around.

Will is working towards 11 tryouts with a lousier or less known agent and Curtis hovers at 4 workouts with a better agent. Loioks like Wills 6-6 woingspoan and athleticism is requiring NBA teams to check him out. What Will has is the "little Devon Harris high jump floater shot from 10 feet out" - a good scoring shot for the NBA. Curtis has the tear drop down pat but the big men might swat it.

The T-Wolves need a point guard badly...

Troy Hudson has turned out to be a terrible long-term sign for the T-Wolves, they would like nothing better than to offload him. He's really not a point guard at all, more of a zone-buster type of guard, horrible at dishing, and not that effective at shooting. He's best to spell a quality point guard.

Marcus Banks, who the T-Wolves got from Boston in the Sczcerbiak trade, has been promising, but is a free agent and rumor is he'll sign with the LA Lakers. Even if he stays, he's far from certain.

Marko Jaric, who the T-Wolves got in a trade with the Clippers for Sam Cassell, has flat out sucked. Another albatross of a long-term contract.

The T-Wolves best point guard option might be Bracey Wright (Indiana, 2nd round 2005 draft pick), who was a leading scorer in the NBDL last year. The T-Wolves own his rights, but he needs two more years probably in the D-League.

T-Wolves definitely need a point guard. They've got two picks at the top of the 2nd round (#6 and #7). I'd say they'll use one of those picks on a point guard. Will is a possibility here.

In another thread I said I hoped the Suns would pick up Blalock with their second round pick, but I've since learned they don't have a second round pick. But if for some reason Blalock would go undrafted I'd love to see Will go to the Suns as a free agent. The Suns have no back up point guard and who better to learn under as a rookie than Steve Nash.
