How can you get to the big leagues as a left handed pitcher and not have the ability to throw it over to 1st. Not saying you have to have a pick off move, but you have to at least keep a runner honest.

It is just mind-boggling that it's been 2 years since he last attempted a pickoff. Especially as a LHP. The Cards were just toying with him tonight.
