It depends, the further away from campus you are the less expensive.

I currently live in a four bedroom in the thick of campustown and pay $485 a month plus utilities.

Where is that? I had a 5 bedroom in Legacy which is massive and that was only $460/person. Utilities were cheap, around $15 a month. This was 08-09 has it gone up that much? I thought four bedrooms used to be $420-$430 there.
