I know that there are some people on this board in the IT profession and I was hoping that someone could help me. I have a DVD+RW drive that has been giving me some problems.
I have some video games that are on a DVD and my computer will install the programs, but when I start the game it tells me to insert disk (though the disk is in). It will read DVD videos and, like I said, it will install from DVD format; but it won't run games.
I've updated the driver and have tried other games and it does the same thing. I did have the games installed and working correctly until recently when it started refusing to read the disk. I've tried reinstalling the games with no help.
