Pretty interesting to see who voted for who. I think Dennis Franchione respects Hawaii even less than I do.

Seems to prove to me why BCS is a scam again. Coaches with money on the line get to play a part in who goes to what bowl game? Zook voted Illinois 9, Stoops voted OU #1, Miles voted LSU #1.

Include the Harris Poll with former players and coaches that have their conference and team bias, yep this is a great system!

Time for a playoff so we can see legit results.

Do all the coaches fill these out? If so do only some of the coaches make theirs public?

I believe the last poll is the only one made public. If I'm not mistaken, all the coaches that fill it out have to make it public. It's supposed to stop people from having idiotic rankings.

I like how Bobby Bowden put Oklahoma at 10, Mizzu at 6, KU 7. He must really not like OU for beating him in that championship game.

I love how Stoops voted OU #1, LSU 6th, Georgia 8th, and Mizzou and KU 3rd and 4th. He was desperately trying to knock LSU and GA outa there.

I've always wondered that myself. There must be some kind of rotation because I'm pretty sure McCarney has been a voter a couple times in the past years.

The USA TODAY Board of Coaches is made up of 60 head coaches at Division I-A institutions. All are members of the American Football Coaches Association. This season's board

I assume this means that it has a rotation.

I wouldn't read THAT much into it. Any one coach's vote isn't going to skew the poll one way or the other too much, with 59 other votes. There really aren't any teams that are TOO out of whack (i.e. Arizona state getting a bunch of 20th place votes and a bunch of 10th place votes and ending up at 15th)

It is interesting to note, though, that every top 10 vote for Illinois came from a Big 10 coach.
