Always relaxing to have one excellent recruit commit early. Helps get the ball rolling for the rest of the class.

I love the annoying little white boy that seems to be on a team for 26 years...but only when they are on my team.
This thought came to my mind yesterday when i noticed Brady Heslip scored 18 for Baylor yesterday.

Clayton ' the Colonel' Custer

While I sorta like this, one has to contemplate the possibility of a colonel outranking a mayor. We can't have that. But I guess The Mayor could be the civilian leader of the military, much like the President is the highest rank.

I think I just took it too far, didn't I?

It depends on how good Custer's fried chicken is. Not sure I'm ready to elevate him to Colonel just yet.

Not a problem. Totally different from each, one being military, the other civilian. Neither outranks the other, although on the team, The Mayor rules.

I don't think his nickname should be based on a guy who graduated last in his class and is best known for his colossal failure.

Agree, how about we work something in like Culver, and when he hits a 3 or makes a good play, the other team just got "Custer'd"
