Start looking for some grammar and style skills? Yes. If you meant start looking for a Pokemon Go?, sure go ahead, it is a little cold outside, but it is a free country.
If you meant looking for a paying job, it is never too early. You aspire to be a "professional"...so that means you are always on the clock, always representing yourself and your organization...get used to it. An assistant County Engineer is a good gig and surprisingly rewarding.
