I know we have some question marks, but 5th?! Come on, Chip! Everyone else has us second or third. I personally think Texas is massively overhyped and we can take care of business against them at home. If we do that and hold our own, we go 8-1 in conference and get to rematch with Oklahoma in the conference ship where we stand a chance to take them out.

The line between 3rd and 6th is very small imo.

Top half of the conference isn't that common at ISU so really not that bad.

Lolz, dude doesn't suck and there's an argument out there to put us below Rapelor (it's not strong, but it exists)...

We've had a lot of sunshine pumped our way this preseason and I for one appreciate it. I'm not going to get bent over a guy who thinks we'll be bowl eligible.

5th is not all that crazy people. There will likely be a lot of close games this year, just like any year, and if you're on the good side of all of those you could end up in the Big 12 title game, but if you're on the bad end of a lot of those you could easily end up 5th or even worse.

As CMC has correctly stated all offseason..... #ProveIt.
