White pieces of paper with a blue W, printed in landscape, have been placed on both Cardinal and Cubs fans' monitors at my husband's work.

They showed it during the game. Something like 419ft and 110mph off the bat.

I've seen updated stats that it went 438 feet, and think like 112 off the bat.

Update: Here is what ESPN had it at:

Well, that was pretty neat! I think we'll see Haren over Hammel and Motte over Rodney. Hammel has been bad for 3 months and Motte has the experience and the stuff to be really good.

Either way, being able to set the starting rotation is huge.

I just applied to be able to purchase tickets for the WS. Lets see how this goes.

I AM STILL SOOOO HAPPY!!!

Funny if the Cubs make it there now. During my single years, I famously told friends and relatives I'd spend up to several thousand to get inside Wrigley for a World Series. Now with a wife and daughter, that won't happen.

So who would you rather face, Dodgers or Mets? Im stuck.

With Kershaw pitching last night, and Greinke pitching Thursday, you wouldn't see either of them Game 1, which would be a huge advantage. Mets will be able to throw Syndergaard or Harvey for Game 1, the other for Game 2, and deGrom for Game 3, which scares me. However, Id rather travel to New York over LA, and we swept the Mets this season and only won 3 of 7 against LA.

Mets...I think. We never seem to play well out West and as great as our young guys hit in the NLDS, the idea of facing Grienke and Kershaw four times has me a little nervous.

Both teams are dangerous. Mets have great young pitching, and their lineup is scary top to bottom.

Dodgers have two insane pitchers and not much after. They have serious weapons at the top of their lineup but the bottom is trash.

Justin Ruggiano started last night in left for the Dodgers lol.

I was suspect of Hammel over Lester but why should anyone doubt Maddon at this point...

But when you hit 9 HR in 2 games, you are going to be in a good position.

I love the first couple seconds of silence and then the BOOM of the crowd.

Taken roughly 1 mile from Wrigley. 1. mile.

I think the Mets overall staff and line-up are better right now so I think I'd rather play the Dodgers. Granted Kershaw & Greinke will be real tough to deal with but at this point going to be tough regardless whom you face.

Mets. Cubs swept them this year and they'll be tired from traveling from LA back to NYC for game 1 on Sat.

I'd really like to see Texas knock out Toronto today. The Blue Jays scare me, I don't want that lineup hitting in Wrigley with the win blowing out.
