I'd say the only thing missing is when they took a picture of your desk you should have had CF up on your computer!

Very nice place!

My 2 cents...I had my basement finished last year. Professionally. I would say unless you REALLY know what your doing (as in, you do it for a living or used to) to get it done professionally. My basement looks fantastic while just about 95% of all basements done by the homeowner look like they were done by the homeowner. You save some money but by spending a little more it looks a lot better.

That's a pretty sweet place. You should think about getting a projector :)

The big question is what you consider professional. The guy that did mine didn't work for a company and just did it on the side when he had time. It took a little longer but it was well worth the savings.

I've seen some rather poorly finished basements that were professionally done.

Almost done with ours (with phase 1 anyways, until the photo studio moves off-site) and hired certain things out (heating, plumbing, drywall), had a professional help me with others (electrical) and the did other things myself (flooring, painting, etc).

I'm biased, but am damn happy with it and saved a good chunk of change.

Anyways, nice basement, congrats on getting it featured.
