What is Dresser's plan with NIL? Prioritize starters? Everyone gets the same? Each wrestler is on their own?
Regardless of sport and player IMO if a player leaves the team, they think they can’t win a spot.
I appreciate if someone offers a huge incentive for that player to leave.

Esch beat him out last year. Only reason CS wrestled is bc Esch went down for the betterment of the team
Pay to play is killing college sports. NIL is (supposed to be) completely different and is legitimate.

That may be, but Dresser has always been upfront that everybody wrestles off , I believe this has cost us some potential transfers who wanted guaranteed starting spots.
It’s really unfortunate to lose Casey. Let’s hope the Frost brothers become the leaders in the room and they build an army that scraps like they do.
